Opening of Indian legal market expected to have limited impact on antitrust bar

The Bar Council of India’s momentous decision allowing foreign firms to enter the market will have a limited impact on antitrust practices as existing restrictions stopping overseas lawyers from appearing before the Competition Commission of India will still apply, practitioners say.
