Ofcom issues rare antitrust fine for emergency services tender collusion

The UK’s communications regulator has fined Sepura £1.5 million for colluding with rival Motorola to rig a tender for telecommunications equipment used by the country’s emergency services, in what is the authority's third antitrust infringement decision.
