Norway fines six companies for bid rigging

Norway's competition authority has fined six electrical companies 18 million kroner (€1.9 million) for openly agreeing to submit identical bids for a tender agreement for schools in Oslo, months after the country's top court confirmed that joint bidding is a by-object restriction.
