Nasdaq dominant but not abusive, Swedish court holds

Sweden’s Patent and Market Court has refused to fine Nasdaq after finding its trading platform has a dominant position on the Swedish, Danish and Finnish trading services market – but ruling that the company’s decision to bar a close competitor from using a crucial data trading centre was not abusive.
