Mastercard could have breached tribunal rules in witness statement preparation, CAT says

The presiding judge hearing Walter Merricks’ £10.2 billion class action against Mastercard today rebuked the credit company for potentially breaching the specialist competition tribunal’s rules on witness statements by allowing counsel to pen first drafts.
