Mastercard: Class action certification is a matter of CAT’s “credibility”

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal’s decision on whether to certify four proposed collective actions against Visa and Mastercard relates to its “credibility” as a court as well as that of the jurisdiction, Mastercard has argued.
