Madras High Court declines to hear appeal in cement cartel probe

An Indian court has refused to hear an appeal against an order allowing a trade group to join a cartel probe as an interested party because of parallel proceedings taking place in another court, marking the first time such a rejection has been issued in an antitrust case.
