Lithuania should have reviewed illegal dawn raid claims, ECtHR rules

The European Court of Human Rights has found national courts in Lithuania violated a retail chain’s right to protect correspondence by refusing to review allegations that Lithuania’s Competition Council unlawfully seized evidence during a dawn raid.
