Kobo and HarperCollins suit up for e-books fight

E-book retailer Kobo has asked a Canadian federal court to quash the Competition Bureau’s second round of e-book settlements, while HarperCollins has pushed back against the enforcer’s allegations that it conspired with other publishing houses and Apple to raise e-book prices.
