Jersey court throws out abuse finding

Jersey’s Royal Court has for the first time quashed a unilateral conduct decision by the island’s antitrust watchdog, ruling that the enforcer failed to show that an aircraft fuel supplier’s alleged refusal to supply and discriminatory pricing constituted abusive conduct.
