Italy seeks ECJ opinion on 90-day timeframe for antitrust probes

The EU’s highest court should clarify whether a law stipulating that the Italian competition authority must open an antitrust probe within 90 days of receiving a complaint is in line with EU abuse of dominance rules, an Italian administrative court has held.
