Italy fines Unilever for ice cream rebates
Unilever’s Italian subsidiary must pay €60.6 million for operating a broad illegal exclusionary strategy that included loyalty rebates, in the Italian antitrust agency’s first decision on this issue since the European Court of Justice’s Intel ruling.
