Israel blocks winery tie-up after in-depth probe
Israel’s antitrust watchdog has blocked a wine supplier and distributor’s takeover of a rival after its in-depth probe found the merged entity would gain dominant control in the markets for the supply of non-alcoholic and alcoholic Jewish wines used for religious ceremonies.
