Irish Supreme Court clarifies enforcer’s seizure powers

Ireland’s top court has ruled that the country’s antitrust enforcer illegally seized an executive’s entire email account in a 2015 dawn raid, in a judgment that will require the authority to specifically identify what information it is targeting when obtaining search warrants.
