Indian Supreme Court clarifies relevant turnover

India’s Supreme Court this week ruled that companies must be fined according to the turnover of the product that relates to the infringements rather than the companies’ entire turnover, and slashed fines the country's enforcer imposed on a bid-rigging cartel.
