India hits Monsanto for delays in abuse probe

The Competition Commission of India has fined Monsanto 50 million rupees (€657,000) for failing to cooperate in an abuse of dominance probe, although the order is subject to the company’s court challenge to the enforcer’s right to investigate individuals.
