ICE must divest Trayport, UK tribunal says

The UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal today upheld the Competition and Markets Authority’s decision to order Intercontinental Exchange to unwind its acquisition of trading software provider Trayport, but sent part of the order back to the enforcer to reconsider its reasoning.
