Hybrid settlement did not prejudice non-settling company, advocate general says

The European Commission may have prejudged Pometon’s liability when it referenced the manufacturer in a hybrid settlement decision – but the enforcer would have still found that the company was involved in the steel abrasives cartel, an EU advocate general has said.
