Hong Kong tribunal hands resounding win to Shell and rival in cartel case

Hong Kong’s specialist competition court has found that an aluminium manufacturer failed to prove at trial that Shell and a rival fuel supplier colluded to fix prices, while criticising the plaintiff for engaging in a “fishing” expedition.
