Guersent proposes antitrust probe deadlines with interim measures-style injunctions
The director general of the EU’s competition authority has said he is in favour of introducing “imperative deadlines” for antitrust probes when coupled with a court-sanctioned agreement between the enforcer and the investigated parties “that would be akin to interim measures”.
