Guernsey fines telecoms providers £3.4 million for collusion

The Guernsey Competition & Regulatory Authority has fined the island’s largest and third-largest telecommunications operators a combined £3.4 million for unlawfully colluding to control the provision of mobile networks on the island, including the future 5G rollout.
