German court revives Carlsberg beer cartel case

Germany’s Federal Court of Justice has ordered a lower court to rehear Carlsberg’s previously successful appeal against a €62 million cartel fine, in a ruling that could lower the evidentiary threshold for establishing an anticompetitive information exchange.
