General Court agrees with pharma complaint rejection despite error

The EU General Court has found that the European Commission acted legally when it ultimately rejected a complaint alleging anticompetitive dual pricing in the pharmaceutical market, despite it misinterpreting a previous judgment on the enforcer’s 2001 decision.
