French court dismisses consumer antitrust claim

A French district court earlier this month rejected a private individual's follow-on damages claim against Unilever, Colgate-Palmolive, Henkel and Procter & Gamble, on the grounds of insufficient evidence that the cartel had affected consumer prices.
