France fines video surveillance companies for vertical restraints

France’s Competition Authority has fined video surveillance manufacturer Mobotix and three of its wholesalers nearly €1.4 million for agreeing to fix prices and restrict online sales, although the manufacturer has vowed to challenge the decision.
