Finnish court follows ECJ ruling on bid-rigging infringement periods
A Finnish court has confirmed that the country’s competition authority ran out of time to fine a telecommunications provider €35 million for bid-rigging after applying a European Court of Justice ruling that clarified when such infringements end.
