Finnish companies restructure JV to avoid in-depth probe

One of Finland’s largest energy companies and a local heat pump supplier have withdrawn a joint venture notification to the country's competition authority during a Phase II probe after indicating they will restructure the deal so it no longer hits turnover thresholds.
