Finland proposes €43 million cartel fines after 10-year probe

Finland’s competition watchdog has asked the national Market Court to fine the country’s two largest plastic pipe manufacturers and three largest plastic pipe wholesalers a combined €43 million for operating a seven-year market-sharing cartel, marking the agency’s fourth-largest fining proposal.
