Fender hit with first UK RPM class action
A consumer rights advocate has filed the UK’s first proposed collective action seeking damages for alleged resale price maintenance, with a claim against Fender that follows on from the instrument maker’s £4.5 million fine from the country’s antitrust enforcer.
