FCA rejects calls to refer data market study to CMA

The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has provisionally opted not to refer three data markets to the country’s antitrust enforcer for further investigation, saying it could lobby the Treasury for increased powers if it hits its jurisdictional limits.
