Exclusive dealing incurs €3.5 million fine for Australian polycarb distributors

The Federal Court of Australia has ordered polycarbonate roofing distributors Palram and Ampelite to pay A$5.5 million (€3.5 million) in combined penalties for an exclusive dealing agreement with a third company – which is still fighting the charges.
