Randall Hofley has returned from Canada’s Competition Bureau to Blake Cassels & Graydon’s Toronto office. Across the Atlantic, Neil Warwick has joined DAC Beachcroft in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne from Square One Law; and Bredin Prat named Guillaume Fabre and Anne Jussiaux as counsels in Paris.
