EU advocate general recommends dismissing HSBC Euribor appeal

An advocate general at the European Court of Justice has recommended the court dismiss HSBC’s appeal against a General Court ruling that found it participated in a by-object infringement of competition law despite finding that the lower court erred when assessing the bank’s procedural error allegations.
