ECJ should annul raids on French supermarkets, advocate general says

An advocate general at the European Court of Justice has advised the court to annul the European Commission’s dawn raids on Casino and Intermarché in 2017 as the enforcer failed to record statements from third parties that it used as evidence in its decision to search the companies.
