ECJ endorses staggered hybrid settlements

The European Court of Justice has ruled that a hybrid settlement decision by the European Commission in the steel abrasives cartel did not prejudice the non-settling company Pometon, but advised that only limited information about non-settling conspirators should be included in these decisions.
