Dutch authority fines industrial battery cartel in hybrid settlement

The Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets has reached a hybrid settlement agreement with five importers of industrial batteries and a trade association, fining them a total of €16 million for price fixing and exchanging commercially sensitive information.
