DG Comp official: enforcers with dual powers "well placed" to tackle coronavirus misconduct

National competition authorities with competition and consumer protection powers are “particularly well placed” to tackle anticompetitive conduct during the coronavirus pandemic, an official at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition has said.
