DG Comp entitled to reject Polish complaint, says General Court

The European Commission acted legally when it dropped an investigation of alleged EU competition law breaches in Poland and Austria, the General Court ruled yesterday – adding that the complainants that tried to spark the case could have resorted to private enforcement instead.
