Denmark again finds Post Danmark acted abusively

Denmark’s competition enforcer has ruled that a rebates scheme by its incumbent postal operator were abusive exclusivity rebates, reaching a decision despite having pledged to wait for the European Court of Justice’s Intel judgment.
