Czech Republic penalises more RPM agreements

The Czech Republic’s antitrust enforcer has fined a local distributor €1.26 million for pressuring its retail network to increase the prices at which they sold various consumer electronics, as the agency continues a widespread crackdown on resale price maintenance.
