CMA’s market foreclosure conclusions are ‘flawed’, Nvidia says
Nvidia has criticised the UK’s antitrust watchdog for opening an in-depth probe into its $40 billion purchase of Arm, claiming the enforcer has failed to identify any evidence that the merged company would have an incentive to foreclose competition.
