CMA suggests divestment remedies to clear Microsoft/Activision Blizzard

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has warned Microsoft and Activision Blizzard it will likely block their proposed $68.7 billion tie-up unless they divest the latter’s flagship game Call of Duty.
