CMA set to release Sky from behavioural remedy

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has provisionally found that a behavioural remedy attached to Sky’s acquisition of an interactive TV services provider in 2001 is “no longer appropriate” due to changes in the market and regulatory landscape.
