CMA seeks to remedy tender concern for high-speed rail project

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority is challenging a deal between two railway equipment providers over competition concerns centred on one tender related to the country’s High Speed 2 rail network, as the EU accepted a divestment remedy to clear the same merger.
