CMA refines assessment of Microsoft/Activision Blizzard

The UK’s Competition and Markets Authority has narrowed its concerns about Microsoft’s $68.7 billion purchase of Activision Blizzard, warning that the deal will significantly restrict competition in the cloud gaming sector but not in the games console market as previously outlined.
