CMA, Motorola told to re-work agreement to pause Airwave price cap

The UK’s competition watchdog, the Home Office and Motorola must re-work an eleventh-hour agreement to pause a price cap imposed on Airwave’s network, the Competition Appeal Tribunal has said, as it refused to rule on a consent agreement reached by the parties.
