CMA likely to accept divestiture offer in Baker Hughes acquisition

The UK’s antitrust enforcer has said it plans to accept Baker Hughes’ offer to divest its entire UK coiled tubing and pumping business to resolve concerns that the company’s purchase of Altus Intervention could leave oil and gas operators worse off.
