CMA hits reverse on vehicle salvage merger concerns

The UK’s antitrust enforcer has provisionally cleared vehicle salvage supplier Copart’s acquisition of Hills Motors, after walking back its original competition concerns based on new evidence showing the target was a weaker rival than it first thought.
