CMA approves behavioural remedies in “unusual” merger case

The UK’s antitrust enforcer has conditionally approved Bauer’s acquisition of almost 50 radio stations and a media advertising business, subject to behavioural remedies – the first time it has permitted such remedies in more than a year.
