CMA accepts Phase II divestment in three-to-two foam deal

The UK’s antitrust watchdog has accepted a divestiture proposal from Carpenter and Recticel to sell the majority of the latter’s engineered foam businesses in the UK after the companies became the first to ever concede their deal harmed competition during a Phase II probe.
